By accessing or using the Retrieve Rent a Car website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Rental Agreement

Each rental is subject to our rental policy, including eligibility requirements, payment terms, and vehicle return conditions. A separate rental agreement may be provided at the time of vehicle pickup.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during the booking process, maintain valid insurance coverage during your rental period, operate the vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws, and return the vehicle in the condition received.

Limitation of Liability

Retrieve Rent a Car provides vehicles on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
