When you make a reservation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, driver's license information, and insurance details. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

We use your information to process and manage your rental reservations, verify your identity and insurance, communicate about your bookings, and improve our services.
Company Gmail and Turo Reservation Data
Retrieve Rent a Car may connect to a company-owned Gmail account used for business operations. This access is used only to find and process Turo reservation emails sent to that company mailbox.
The website does not access, collect, or use any customer's Gmail account, Google account, inbox, contacts, Google Drive files, calendar, or personal Google data. For this Gmail connection, the Google account authorizing access is the company mailbox owner, not a website customer.
Parsed Turo reservation details are used only for internal fleet scheduling, admin visibility, audit history, and preventing double-booking. Gmail and Turo sync data is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to profile customers.
Gmail access can be revoked by removing Retrieve Rent a Car's access from the company Google Account or by rotating or removing the Gmail refresh token used by the company's sync service.
Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously. Your documents are stored in encrypted, private storage. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
