What do I need to rent a vehicle?

You'll need a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a credit or debit card. During the booking process, you'll upload photos of your license and insurance card for verification.

How does the booking process work?

Browse our fleet, select your vehicle and dates, provide your information and documents, and complete payment. Your card will be authorized (not charged) until our team reviews and approves your reservation.

Can I pick up at the airport?

Yes! We offer delivery to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) for an additional fee. You can also pick up for free at our location on Cypress Creek Parkway.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation before it's been approved at no charge. Once approved, please contact us to discuss cancellation options.

How do I check on my reservation?

Visit the "Check Booking" page and enter the email you used during booking. We'll send you a secure link to view your trip details.
